33 Retroactive Authority To Apply For And Accept Grant Funding Awards In The Amount Of $25,000 From Molina Healthcare Of California And $20,000 From Blue Cross Of California Partnership Plan, Inc., For The Period Of July 1, 2023 Through June 30, 2024; And Authority To Apply For And Accept Additional Grant Funding Awards Not To Exceed $100,000 From Geographic Managed Care Health Plans, Health Plan Contractors And Other System Partners For The Department Of Health Services, Women, Infants And Children Breastfeeding Support Program (Health Services)

34 Retroactive Authority To Accept Up To $5,500,000 In Housing And Homelessness Incentive Program (HHIP) Funding And Execute Agreements With Various Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans For This Funding Effective July 1, 2023 Through June 30, 2024 With The Option Of Two One-Year Renewals; Create A Pooled Authority For HHIP Funding; Increase Funding For The Landlord Engagement And Assistance Program (LEAP) To Support Unsheltered Persons With Rehousing Services; Amend The Fiscal Year 2023-24 Agreement For LEAP With The Current Provider Bay Area Community Services From $3,788,131 Up To $10,400,000 With HHIP Funding And The Remaining American Rescue Plan Act Funding Allocation In The Amount Of $1,111,869 From Fiscal Year 2022-23 Effective July 1, 2023 Through June 30, 2024 With The Option To Roll Over Remaining HHIP Funds To The Following Fiscal Year If Available (Homeless Services and Housing)
