SHERIFF'S OUTREACH COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD The purpose of this advisory board is to facilitate open and direct communication between the members of the community and the Sheriff's Department. The board will work to improve the public understanding of law enforcement and local corrections and to suggest methods to improve community relations and service. There are FOUR seats to be filled due to the expiring terms of S. Chong (District 2 nomination); R. Olmstead III (District 3 nomination); M. Martel (District 4 nomination); and B. Cardoza (District 5 nomination); all of whom are eligible for reappointment upon receipt of a new application. Application filing period will be from 8/7/23 to 8/18/23 and will be considered by the Board of Supervisors on 8/22/23.
