51 Approve American Rescue Plan Act Of 2021 (ARPA) District-Directed Funding Allocations From District 2 In The Amount Of $1,000,000 And From District 5 In The Amount Of $750,000 For The Food Insecurity Pilot Program To Be Administered By The Department of Human Assistance; Authorize The Department Of Human Assistance To Award $1,750,000 To Sub-Recipient Sacramento Food Bank And Family Services; And Enter Into An Agreement With Sub-Recipient Meals On Wheels By A Community Of Caring In The Amount Of $1,000,000 And An Agreement With Sub-Recipient Sacramento Food Bank And Family Services In The Amount Of $2,750,000 For A Total Amount Of $3,750,000 To Implement The ARPA Food Insecurity Pilot Program Effective July 1, 2022 Through June 30, 2023 With The Option To Renew For One Year (Human Assistance)
