29 Retroactive Authority To Enter Into An Agreement With First 5 Sacramento Commission For An Amount Up To $4,688,443 For The Coordination, Oversight, And Monitoring Of The Operation Of The CalWORKs Home Visiting Program By The Child Abuse Prevention Council Of Sacramento, Inc., Effective July 1, 2022, Through June 30, 2023; Retroactive Authority To Enter Into An Agreement With The Sacramento County Department Of Health Services For An Amount Up To $814,390 Effective July 1, 2022, Through June 30, 2023, To Provide Home Visiting Services By The Nurse Family Partnership Program For The CalWORKs Home Visiting Program; Authority To Utilize Up To One Percent Of The Home Visiting Program Funding ($60,836) For Administrative Expenses For A Human Services Program Planner; Authority To Utilize The Remaining $519,931 Of Home Visiting Program Funding, To Amend The First 5 Sacramento Commission Contract For An Amount Up To $415,945 And The Department Of Human Services Contract For An Amount Up To $103,986 If The Organizations Experience Greater Than Anticipated Customer Referrals And Home Visiting Services; Authority To Accept Any Additional Fiscal Year 2022-23 Home Visiting Program Funding That May Be Awarded To The County And Enter Into And Amend The Contracts Accordingly (Human Assistance)
